Prep Work
First, I like to sit down with buyers and discuss goals, ideal style, and the entire buying process. From search to offer to contract period. I like to think of myself and team as personal shoppers, so it can take time to learn likes and dislikes as we work collaboratively with buyers to search for the perfect home. As mentioned, I often have information on off-market properties and I’ll float your criteria to colleagues.
Showings & Offers
When I come across a "must-see" home, we’ll guide the process of offer review, urgency, and procedures of the agent and home. I’m very competitive in multiple offer scenarios and attuned to value and sensitive to “over-paying”.
If a house is right, I’ll find comparable properties, so we understand the value and we’ll strategize an offer. I stay in close contact with listing agents to ensure we’re the offer they come back to even if they receive another offer.
Support & Guidance
Once under contract, I have a host of great resources and industry partners to help assess the condition of the property. If necessary, I’ll start strategizing projects on your current home, so we’re ready to launch when you move out.
I ensure I’m available at any time to chat—buying a home can be an emotional and stressful process, and I don't like to leave our clients to process in a vacuum. My goal is always to insulate clients from stress as much as possible.
